At Bossman, we stand behind the quality of our grooming products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bossman account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
